Job Description
As CoE Engineer for IS retail, you will analyze SAP solutions of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations.
- You should be a functional consultant well versed in designing and configuring SAP IS Retail solutions, requiring deep knowledge of retail processes and SAP functionalities like merchandising, pricing, and inventory management. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring modules, integrating with other systems (like POS and S/4HANA) and documenting processes and solutions. A strong understanding of retail best practices and project lifecycles is essential.
- You should be able to Independently take up and participate in Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, cut over, Go Live and Postproduction support for SAP SD & IS Retail module.
- You should also have good understanding in the SAP Sales (SD) module.
- You should be keen to learn and grasp new functionalities being added in S/4HANA PCE & Cloud versions to deliver high quality services to our customers in India and abroad.
- You must be a good team player and to deliver our services globally to customers, travel of course, is part of the daily business.
What you bring
- You have 6-10 years experience in the areas of SAP IS Retail Process.
- You have gone through at least 3 E2E implementation cycles
- E2E SAP sales module experience is also required
- Ability to understand business process from client perspective.
- Experience of working in a S/4 HANA Greenfield or system Conversion projects will be an added advantage.
- New Features of S4 Hana experience will be an added advantage.
- Youve a very good bachelor s degree in engineering / technology
- Youre willing to travel worldwide.
- Youve strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Very good English skills are a must
