Job Description

On Role: Customer Support Associate - Calls and Email support.
Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat.
Qualification: Graduates or under graduates.
Should have good communication in "Hindi and English" for voice process.
Should have good communication in English for Non-voice process.
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off.
Work Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore.
Experience: Min 0 months to 5 years.
