Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Technical Oversight
- Industrial Factory Building With PEB, Liasoning with Client, Planning, Billing, Cost Control, Project Management
- Infrastrctural Work Like Road Storm Water, Drainage, Sewer Line Etc
- Interpret drawings, specifications, project execution plans and ensure that the site work is carried out accordingly.
- Supervise civil works (excavation, foundations, structure, finishes) and PEB (pre-engineered building) erection and MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & firefighting) installations as applicable under the project scope.
- Check materials delivered onsite, ensure quality compliance, check for conformity with specifications and approved samples.
- Monitor workmanship, check alignment, levels, plumb, dimensions, tolerances as per drawings and ensure corrective actions where required.
- Ensure that all site activities adhere to company standards for workmanship, quality and safety.

Location - Thane, Amaravati, Nashik, Jalna, Chandrapur (For Freshers with only Excel Knowledge and any Civil Education )

Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (aligned with PEB/MEPF works)
- Fresher can apply for different locations of Maharashtra (Thane, Amaravati, Nashik, Chandrapur).
- 0-7 years of site engineering experience in turnkey construction, preferably with industrial/commercial buildings, PEB structures or MEPF works.
- Good knowledge of structural/concrete works, steel structures, PEB erection, MEP installations.
- Strong coordination & communication skills (English & Marathi/Hindi beneficial in Pune region).
- Good organisational skills, ability to multitask, solve practical site problems, proactive approach.
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Project or similar scheduling tools, basic AutoCAD reading preferred).
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites as required, occasionally stay onsite.
Key Success Indicators
- Projects delivered within schedule and budget with minimal quality nonconformities.
- High adherence to site safety performance (zero major incidents/accidents).
- Effective coordination with client/consultants, positive feedback from stakeholders.
- Accurate, timely reporting and documentation (no delays in submittals, approvals, or billing).
- Efficient resource usage: minimal wastage of materials, effective productivity management.
