Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, OTL (Order-to-Cash), Fast Formula & HDL (Human Data Loader).
Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
Job Requirements :
10- 20 years of experience in Techno Functional role with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.
Strong understanding of core HR processes including employee data management, time tracking, benefits administration etc. .
Proficiency in creating OTBI reports using Fast Formula & HDL (Human Data Loader) tools.
