Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant @ The Hackett Group

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, OTL (Order-to-Cash), Fast Formula & HDL (Human Data Loader).
• Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.

Job Requirements :

• 10- 20 years of experience in Techno Functional role with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes including employee data management, time tracking, benefits administration etc. .
• Proficiency in creating OTBI reports using Fast Formula & HDL (Human Data Loader) tools.
