Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SME-Asset Management Capital Markets professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain skills in Trade Validation OTC Products and OTC Brokerage Fees Payables. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to optimizing our capital market operations and enhancing our financial processes.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the validation of trades to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage OTC operational risk by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate the processing of OTC brokerage fees payables to maintain brokerage outstanding.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze complex data sets and reconcile invoices along with preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage exceptions and improve efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on brokerage queries and handling of sensitive brokers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures for all assigned ativities.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of broker updates on outstanding statements and reports to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and tools used in brokerage operations.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in trade validation and OTC brokerage processing.
  • Have a solid understanding of OTC brokerage fees payables processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Display a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial operations.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
