Job Description

ob Overview Position: Talent Acquisation Executive

Domain: Recruitment (Non-IT)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Location: Jubilee Enclave, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end volume/Lateral hiring across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate experience, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS records (preferably Workday).

Required Skills

2 years in BPO recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS tools (Workday preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Desired Skills

Experience in Lateral/Support hiring.
Basic knowledge of HR policies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills.
