About the Role:


We are seeking a Manager, HCM Solutions with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition systems (Workday Recruiting and Onboarding). This role will manage Workday configuration, enhancements, integrations, and system lifecycle for TA processes while maintaining familiarity with core HR modules and Compensation. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with HR, TA, and IT stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Workday Recruiting and Onboarding system administration, including configuration, testing, and deployment. 
  • Ensuring alignment with compliance and recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs to design workflows, integrations, and reporting aligned with Position Management and HCM processes.
  • Maintain the TA Technology Roadmap, including vendor contracts, integrations, and system lifecycle planning.
  • Provide support and guidance for core HCM modules, including Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.
  • Lead TA systems initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and candidate experience improvements.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of HCM/TA systems analysts.
  • Monitor Workday releases, assess impact, and implement functionality to support business needs.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for system users.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years HR technology experience, with hands-on Workday Recruiting/Onboarding configuration and at least one core HCM module (Compensation, Absence, Time, Talent).
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TA processes, compliance requirements, Position Management, core HR modules, and Compensation structures.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and project management skills; able to partner effectively across HR, TA, and IT.
