The AHS Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance journey of assigned sellers under the EU Compliance Dedicated Support model. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, the Specialist drives compliance completion across multiple legislations by providing clear guidance, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up. This role plays a key part in improving seller experience, de-risking performance, and operational efficiency across EU stores. 1. Seller Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the single, dedicated contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey. Build strong relationships by ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. Execute structured outreach plans, including proactive contacts, biweekly follow-ups, and pre-enforcement outreach. Educate sellers on compliance requirements and guide them through necessary documentation and actions. 2. Case Management and Documentation: Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism to ensure complete visibility and consistency. Accurately log all actions, communications, and documents to maintain high data integrity and audit readiness. Monitor progress across all applicable legislations, ensuring timely updates and closure of cases. 3. Progress and Problem Solving: Drive seller progress toward compliance by removing blockers and escalating issues as needed. Identify recurring themes or seller pain points and provide feedback to internal stakeholders for process improvement. Partner closely with SMEs to ensure smooth resolution of complex cases. 4. Inbound Support and Regain Activities: Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels, providing expert guidance. Support enforced sellers through targeted regain outreach and education, helping them return to compliant status quickly. POSITION DESCRIPTION: AHS Compliance Specialist (ITALIAN)

Account Health Support acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. The AHS Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A AHS Specialist is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases. Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
