Role & responsibilities
1. Greet and assist customers courteously at entry, exit, and concession areas.
2. Guide guests to their seats and provide information about shows, timings, and facilities.
3. Ensure smooth show operations, including auditorium Setup.
4. Handle food and beverage counter operations (if assigned).
5. Upsell products, manage cash billing, and maintain hygiene at counters.
6. Responsible for serving food and beverages to customers at their respective seats.
7. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
8. Responsible for cleaning cattle with designated and approved chemicals while ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
