Mega Walk-In Drive TCS Chennai is Hiring for Senior Team Member / SME Talent Acquisition
Job Title: Senior Team Member / SME Talent Acquisition
Date : November 15th 2025
Timings : 10:00 AM 12:30 PM
Venue : 200 Feet Radial Rd, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097, India
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Experience Required: 2-6 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Responsibilities
1) Overall work experience of 2-6 years in Talent Aquisition
Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
2) Should have experience in dealing with managing timely hiring through sourcing strategy and rigor around maintaining the pipeline
3) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
4) Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client
Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
5) Preferred exerience of handling client escalations
6) Preferred experience on Country regulations
7) Preferable experience on multiple HR systems incl. Taleo, SAP, SuccessFactor
Required Skills
1) Experience in TA
2) Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
3) Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client
Good to Have Skills
1) Preferred experience on Country regulations
