Job Description

  • PMO Governance & Delivery Oversight
    • Establish and maintain PMO processes, frameworks, and best practices for ENBD projects.
    • Monitor project health, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Drive governance reviews and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
  • ODC Compliance & Audit Management
    • Ensure strict adherence to Offshore Development Center (ODC) compliance requirements.
    • Prepare and manage internal and external audits, including client-specific compliance checks.
    • Maintain documentation for regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
    • Implement escalation mechanisms and corrective action plans.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a single point of contact for ENBD client leadership for PMO-related matters.
    • Conduct regular governance meetings and provide transparent reporting.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Develop dashboards and reports for project performance, resource utilization, and compliance status.
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Expertise in ODC compliance, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in audit preparation and management (internal and client audits).
  • Excellent understanding of financial tracking, margin management, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / PMO certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Prior experience managing PMO for BFSI clients (ENBD experience is a plus).
