Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Travel Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to airline bookings, cancellations, reissuance, and general travel support. Youll be part of a dynamic team delivering world-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, chats, or emails) regarding airline and travel services.
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, policies, and booking details.
- Handle ticketing, rebooking, and refund processes efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
