2. Appointment Management:
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments efficiently using the center's scheduling system.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., oncology, radiology, pathology) to ensure smooth patient flow.
Send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or email.
3. Data Management:
Accurately record patient information, call details, and interactions in the designated CRM or patient management system.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations and center policies.
4. Support and Coordination:
Assist patients with navigating the center's services and understanding referral processes.
Collaborate with other administrative and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

5. General Administration:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
