Role & responsibilities

• Recruit agent advisors and generate business through them.
• Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
• Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
• Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling

and cross selling of product mix

• Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
• Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent

communication skills

• Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 12

months

• Applicant must be excellent at sales skills and social networking skills
