Job Description
Job Overview : The Head of the Conversion Team will lead and oversee all activities related to patient inquiry conversion and admissions growth. This role is responsible for developing strategies, managing a team of Conversion Specialists, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, patient services, and operations to maximize admissions and enhance patient experience from the first point of contact to hospital admission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Conversion Team to meet admission targets.
- Plan and implement strategies to improve inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Monitor and track leads, follow-ups, and patient inquiries
- Coordinate with departments like Marketing, Clinical, and Operations for smooth admissions.
- Review team performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Analyze conversion data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and referral partners.
- Ensure all processes follow hospital SOPs and provide a positive patient experience.
