3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and benefits to provide informed guidance.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure customer interactions meet quality standards and participate in feedback sessions.

7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and share customer insights.
