Job Description
RF Engineer must have a clear understanding on Concepts, practices and procedures of RF Network Engineering, optimizations techniques.
Responsibilities include KPI improvement by planning and Optimization activities, System dimensioning for Coverage and Capacity analysis, Parameter Optimization based on Huawei System for Voice and Data, Analysis of CM and PM data for troubleshooting of problem.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities: The area of responsibility will generally cover, several of following activities
Perform GSM network design, planning & optimization activities
Coverage and Capacity analysis of the network
Work on network improvement performance KPI's and optimization tasks
Perform GSM/LTE/5G KPI check, Validation, and analysis. Pre-Post analysis after changes in parameter / Physical attributes
Perform Frequency and Neighbor Planning and Optimization
Perform Layer management analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network
Perform DATA optimization based on Dedicated/ Default TS
Perform Network / Cell audit on the basis of Performance reports
Should have Good Knowledge about Huawei GSM /LE/5Gfeatures
Should have Experience in one or more Huawei tools like PRS/ U2000, CME
Must have good knowledge of field and also in OSS/Hardware/Command line
Good knowledge on call trace, Swap from other vendors & rehoming activities

Qualification and Essential Requirements -
Must be an Engineer Graduate BE/B.Tech Electronics & Communication stream is preferred.
Working Experience in Ericsson 3-5 years in GSM,LTE and 5G
Sound Knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint, working Knowledge on Macros in Excel will be an added advantage
Require travel at short notice and willing to relocate to any part of world
What will your job look like?
- Responsible for complete Project Management & drive the lifecycle of a project. Estimate work and be a focal point for delivering on tasks and raise potential scope issues to the team.
- You will own the progress and predicts risks (Quality, timeline and budget) as needed and takes vital mitigations required to meet the critical metrics, prioritize activities (self, team, external).
- Responsible for People Management, whereby you will attract, develop and retain talent to build and maintain strong, effective and competent teams, and enhances their knowledge. Structures the group in a way that is best-suited and maximizes efficiency.
- You will be accountable for meeting quality objectives. Ensure that the team follows the best RF engineering practices, quality processes and methodologies. Lead continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learnt and Prevention processes. Track quality critical metrics and acts to continuously improve quality and measurements.
- You will promote clarity and alignment by communicating effectively, on an ongoing basis, to the project team on the unit goals and status, project matters, companywide changes, special initiative status, etc.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvements/efficiencies to the RF engineering and/or business processes throughout of the box thinking on product and processes and by utilizing or creating new engineering tools and different innovation techniques.
- You will lead efficiently the key partner relationship and communication to ensure that the project's delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer's requirements but to add value to the business as well.
- You will advocate, works with project teams to understand the need for change. Plan, communicate and execute the desired changes.
