Job Title:
Customer Support & Sales Officer

Responsibilities Of Candidates Inclue:
* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Serice.
* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In Th App.
* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Refrrals.
* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team embers.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistet loads.
* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secre loads.
* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with tem members.
* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and commnication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
