Experience: 6 - 10 years
Industry Preference: Textile / Fabric Processing / Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Textile Machine Specialist with expertise in Sengeing, Guler, or Brookner machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and optimizing textile processing machines to ensure high-quality fabric output and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Sengeing, Guler, or Brookner machines for fabric processing.

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime.

Ensure adherence to quality standards in fabric finishing and processing.

Work closely with the production team to meet output targets and deadlines.

Maintain records of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules.

Implement safety and operational guidelines during machine handling.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience with Sengeing, Guler, or Brookner textile machines.

Knowledge of textile manufacturing and processing standards.

Ability to troubleshoot machine-related technical issues.

Good understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.

Team player with effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Textile Technology / Mechanical / Related Field (preferred).

Relevant certifications in textile machine handling will be an added advantage.
