URGENT HIRING for Career Counsellors/ Senior Career Counsellors

 

Experience: 1- 5 years in sales, preferably in the education sector or a relate

Salary upto 6lpa

Location-Noida

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses
• Counselling through Data Calling, online chat
• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission
• Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same
• Handling queries over telephone
• Converting leads to
• Recording and maintaining and calling on given leads
• Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an any field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a relate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving
