Job Description

Urgent Requirement of Linguistic Languages only for (Kannada, Telugu, Gujarati, Oriya)

Hiring for Banking Process - On Bank Payroll
Role - Customer Service Representative
Timings - Rotational Shifts & Week off
Location - Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary - up to 5 LPA depends upon experience & language.

Primary Responsibilities:-
Engage with customers to recover outstanding dues through phone calls and other communication channels.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Update customer records and track collection progress.
Work closely with the collections team to achieve recovery targets.

Key Skills Required:-
Proficiency in English and proficiency in any of the local languages i.e. Telegu, Odia, Kannada and Gujrati (as applicable)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
