Job Description

Company: Leading Jewellery Retail Brand

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

We are hiring experienced and dynamic professionals for multiple roles in our reputed Gold & Diamond Jewellery Showroom in Kota.

Open Positions:

1 Store Manager 30,000 to 40,000 per month
2 Marketing Manager 25,000 to 30,000 per month
3 Merchandising Head 20,000 to 35,000 per month
4 Counter Sales Executive 15,000 to 22,000 per month

Key Requirements:

Candidates with experience in the jewellery industry (Gold/Diamond) will be preferred
English-medium background highly recommended
Excellent communication and personality required for sales roles (male & female)
Candidates must be mature, responsible, and well-presented
For Store Manager, Marketing Head, and Merchandising Head candidates from other cities who can relocate to Kota are welcome

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / MBA preferred (depending on position)
Experience in luxury retail / jewellery / fashion industry an advantage
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage teams, meet sales targets, and handle showroom operations
