Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Present, explain, and demonstrate product features such as design, purity, and value.
Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items, watches, and accessories.
Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
Stay updated on new collections, market trends, and pricing.
Educate customers about metal purity, hallmarking, certification, and care instructions.
Store Operations
Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement in showcases and counters.
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
Assist in stock counting, tagging, and inventory management.
Customer Service
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Provide after-sales support such as resizing, exchange, or repair follow-ups.
Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase experience.
Sales Documentation & Reporting
Record daily sales, enquirers, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Support promotional events and in-store marketing campaigns.
