Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Support CRM operations and data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with SSC, Intermediate, or Graduation in any stream.
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
- Typing skills with good speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
