Job Description:

Vimta Labs is hiring freshers for the role of CRM Executive. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in a reputed organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
  • Support CRM operations and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers with SSC, Intermediate, or Graduation in any stream.
  • Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
  • Typing skills with good speed and accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
