Job Description

Credgenics is Hiring Collection Executives!

Were looking for Collection Executives Freshers and Experienced both can apply!

Role & responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily records of customer interactions and collections.
Educate customers on repayment schedules and resolve basic queries.
Achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply)
Good Hindi communication skills & ability to understand English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, etc.)
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and good negotiation skills
Prior experience in collections or BPO is a plus (not mandatory)
