We are Hiring Loan Data Quality Analyst & Front-End Mortgage Underwriter - Immediate Joining

Live Underwriter - 4Cs ( US Underwriting )

Location: Navi Mumbai - WFH
Experience: Mini 2 Years in US Underwriting | Full-Time

Shift: US Shift

Weekends Off: Any 2 Rotational Off

1. Loan Data Quality Analyst

• Review & verify loan packets/documents for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with policies & regulations
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Collaborate with underwriters & closers for timely completion

2. Front-End Mortgage Underwriter

• Review mortgage applications & supporting docs
• Evaluate borrower eligibility (credit, income, assets, employment)
• Validate assets for down payment & reserves
• Identify red flags in credit reports
• Ensure compliance with company & investor guidelines
• Communicate with processors & loan officers
• Document findings in LOS (ZOS)
• Coordinate with Back-End Underwriters for smooth handoff

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (mandatory)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Experience in Loan, Live, Mortgage underwriting preferred
• Attention to detail & compliance mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
