Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate UX-Driven Developer who prioritizes user experience in every line of code. You will combine your strong development skills with a deep understanding of UX principles to build intuitive, accessible, and engaging applications. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers, you will ensure that user-centric design is seamlessly translated into high-quality, performant software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver frontend and/or full-stack applications with a strong focus on user experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications into interactive and accessible user interfaces.
- Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure smooth, seamless interactions.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a focus on frontend architecture and scalability.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
- Contribute to design system development and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and share knowledge on UX best practices.
- Stay current with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Exposure to user analytics and A/B testing.
