We re looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, youll lead the execution and optimization of email marketing strategy, support complex integrations, and manage key MarTech tools. You ll also help improve processes tied to partner programs and regional field marketing. If you enjoy balancing hands-on platform work with strategic problem solving, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Manage a queue of email request, from campaign builds, deployment and reporting
Partner closely with stakeholders to drive email strategy and ensure alignment across teams and regions
Contribute to the delivery of Market Development Funds (MDF), Co-branded Marketing materials and Rewards programs, with support from global regional teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, scale impact, and drive consistent execution
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple timelines with a high level of accuracy and accountability
Assist with operational setup and tracking across partner-facing initiatives, including digital tools, reporting, and MarTech platforms
What You Will Bring
Experience: 5+ years in campaign execution or marketing operations, preferably in a multinational environment. Familiarity with channel programs and partner incentives (MDF, Rewards, etc.) is a plus
Eloqua Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Eloqua, including campaign builds, and segmentation.
Email Operations: Strong understanding of email best practices, QA, testing, and optimizing for performance
Martech Management: Proficiency managing tools such as Eloqua, Asana, Goldcast, MindMatrix, Salesforce (SFDC) and/or Perks (360Insights)
Systems Data: Experience working with system integrations, marketing automation logic, and performance data
Project Execution: Ability to own tasks independently using platforms like JIRA and Asana
Organization Agility: Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
Mindset : Detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on learning and improving
Ability to support UK business hours as part of a globally distributed team.
