We are hiring an IT Recruiter (Work from Home). Only a Female candidate.

Position: IT Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)

Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years

Qualification: B.Sc. (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE

Salary Range: 14,000 to 20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Joining: Immediate or within 7 days

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + All Sundays

Requirements:

• Must have own Laptop/Desktop with a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection
• Maximum employment gap allowed: 6 months
• Only female candidates are eligible for this position

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment for both contract or permanent positions
• Sourcing and screening candidates based on client requirements
• Working on all major technologies and IT skills
• Interacting with clients and understanding their technical requirements
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Maintaining databases and documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skills
• Experience in contract/permanent hiring
• Experience working with large clients (please mention client names in your CV)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must have handled various technology stacks (mention in CV)
• Technically sound with proven recruitment success
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
