UI/UX Manager (Product & Design)
Experience: 5 - 8 Years Exp.
Salary : INR 20-25 Lacs per annum
Preferred Notice Period: Within 30 Days
Shift: 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST
Opportunity Type: Remote
Placement Type: Permanent

Role Overview Description
Responsibilities
- Lead user experience for the entire Kyrios ecosystem (web + mobile).
- Design modern, intuitive UX for complex workflows (surveys, forums, CME, payments).
- Create prototypes and interaction flows in Figma.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design consistency.
- Conduct quick usability testing with HCPs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, UX writing, responsive design.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy and user empathy.
- Experience designing community or edtech products preferred.
