Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive IT service transition and transformation projects from planning to execution.
Develop and implement governance structures and transition frameworks.
Manage infrastructure carve-outs during M&A activities, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transition plans with business objectives.
Monitor and report on transition progress, risks, and compliance with SLAs.
Ensure knowledge transfer and operational readiness post-transition.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience in IT Service Transition & Transformation.
Strong understanding of governance structures and transition frameworks.
Hands-on experience in M&A carve-outs and complex infrastructure migrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
