Executive Career Counselor @ International

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to help them explore suitable career options.
• Interpret and explain psychometric test results to guide students toward informed academic and career decisions.
• Provide insights into career pathways, both in India and abroad, helping students understand course options and application processes.
• Deliver engaging presentations and workshops in schools, colleges, and online sessions.
• Maintain detailed counseling records and support students throughout their journey with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student experience and recommend suitable programs based on identified needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in career counseling or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with confidence in addressing both students and parents.
• Sound understanding of psychometric assessments and their practical application in career guidance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indian and international education systems and evolving career opportunities.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills
