Job Opportunity : Day shift only - 18k take home (freshers)
HR Recruiter (Females Only)
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate
Experience: Freshers & up to 2year in Recruitment
Shift: Day Shift | Full-Time

For freshers - 18k
For Experience - 25k take home (need to have exp in Non IT recruitment only - bpo/kpo/healthcare/sales)

Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals & references
Conduct initial HR screenings & coordinate interviews
Build professional relationships with candidates & ensure a smooth hiring process
Work towards recruitment targets & team success
Maintain proper recruitment trackers & reports
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Fluency and confidence in English is mandatory
Active, professional, and career-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, job portals)
Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
