Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents.
Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
Ensuring the agents productivity and activation.
Product Training to agent and agents life cycle management.
Brand development by conducting sales campaigns.
Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates with a minimum of one year of sales experience are preferred. However, freshers with a keen interest in field sales may also be considered. Preference will be given to individuals from the insurance sector, including those with experience in Insurance and NBFCs.
