Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Coding professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Technical Lead in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare products revenue cycle management and medical coding. This hybrid role requires working night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the medical coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare product offerings.

Implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle management and improve financial outcomes.

Analyze coding data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to junior coding staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Develop and maintain documentation for coding procedures and policies.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Conduct regular audits to maintain coding accuracy and compliance.

Utilize healthcare product knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address coding-related issues and solutions.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coding processes.

Monitor industry developments to keep the team informed of changes and updates.

Support the development of training materials and programs for coding staff.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in healthcare products and their applications.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management processes.

Exhibit proficiency in medical coding standards and practices.

Have a proven track record of optimizing coding operations.

Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Display excellent communication and analytical skills.

Hold relevant certifications in medical coding and revenue cycle management.

Certifications Required

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
