Position Summary

This role is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships within existing clients. The position requires a strategic thinker who can identify business opportunities, design and execute go-to-market plans, and effectively communicate the value and ROI of the companys solutions to enterprise customers. The individual will oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product presentations to closure while collaborating with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure strong client engagement and sustained revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive new enterprise account acquisition and establish strong, long-term client relationships to expand the companys market presence.
  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise clients business priorities and articulate the strategic value and ROI of our solutions.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and industry trends, gather competitive insights, and drive initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and profitability.
  • Generate and manage revenue through qualified sales channels, overseeing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring solutions to client needs and business objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences and timely resolution of issues.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise or solution-based environments.
  • Prior experience in the Telecom, Financial Services, Consulting, or Training industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology and cybersecurity market trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
