Greetings!

We are seeking an experienced AGM - Civil Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage civil design activities for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Roles & Resposibilities -

• Analysis and design of industrial RCC and steel structural plants, including pipe racks, platforms across various sectors such as Chemical, Industrial Structures/ Warehouses Process/Cement/Pharma Plants , Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas industries.
• Design of foundations (rafts, piles, micro piles), liquid retaining structures, technological structures, dynamic foundations, stack-like structures, and connection design for steel structures.
• Proficiency in general civil engineering works, including BOQ estimation, design of rigid and flexible pavements, and design of stormwater and sanitary drains.
• Master plan layout development and site grading planning.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to industrial development.
• Exposure to ground improvement techniques, repair, and retrofitting works.
• Preparation of specifications, tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Technical and commercial bid evaluation and recommendation for civil, structural, and PEB works.
• Coordination with other disciplines, architects, and vendors.
• Project management consultancy (PMC) design and document review.
• Review of geotechnical investigation reports, NDT test reports, and retrofitting cum rehabilitation works.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and resolving design issues with clients and contractors.
• Planning project activities and assigning work to team members.
• Proficiency in various IS codes, especially IS: 456, IS: 1893-2016, IS: 800-2007, IS 875.
• Proficiency in American, British, and Euro Codes preferred.
• Proficient in STAAD v8i, AutoCAD, ANSYS, etc.
