Job Description

Location - PAN India Site Location

Employee type - Fix Term Contract Role

Experience - 5 to 8 years

Education - BE/Diploma Mech

Roles & Responsibilities -

Ensure all safety precautions, norms and compliance are followed during the entire duration of construction
Ensure site activities with regards to quality procedure, quality systems and schedule.
To liaise with contractors on different aspects of job execution.
Co-ordinate with head office.
To maintain records and documents properly as per requirement of quality system.
To supervise the execution of jobs at site as per planned schedule, company quality procedures and quality system.
To perform the inspection on the job carried out by construction vendor at site.
To check & verify the skill of labour being engaged on job by construction vendor.
Ensure all the statutory requirements of local government, central government & customer are followed without any deviation.
Expedite progress of work at site to ensure timely and sequential delivery as per project schedule. Ensure handing over of the site work completion protocol / documents to Construction Manager.
Follow up for Drawing & documents required at site.
Highlight the deviation with respect to drawing through SAR.
Report material receipt / damage /lost to head office.
Ensure the heavy lifts are planned properly in a safe manner.
