Job Overview:
Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a competent and experienced Operation
Manager to oversee and streamline field operations in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal
candidate will have strong experience in the hospitality and facility management industry,
with proven capabilities in manpower sourcing, site operations, training, and client/vendor
relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Monitor and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure service quality and
operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits for performance evaluation, compliance, and
service delivery.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company SOPs and client
requirements.
- Manpower Management
- Plan, source, and deploy skilled/unskilled manpower for various client sites.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift planning, replacements, and attrition control.
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when
needed.
- Client & Vendor Management
- Act as the single point of contact for client coordination and relationship
management.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Identify and manage local vendors for supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate vendor rates and maintain service agreements.
- Training & Development
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training programs for new and existing field staff.
- Implement skill-building initiatives to improve service standards and productivity.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, attendance, and site-related
documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and share updates with management regularly.
- Ensure adherence to legal and statutory norms (PF, ESI, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 36 years of relevant experience in hospitality/facility operations.
- Strong command of manpower management, client servicing, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across sites in Pune and Mumbai.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email communications, and report writing.
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Facility/Hotel
Management)
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: 25,000 55,000
- Travelling Allowance for site visits
- Provident Fund (PF) contribution as per government norms
- Other Benefits: Mobile allowance, performance incentives, and insurance coverage (as per
company policy)
