Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join a leading multinational fintech & technology group. The role requires strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our products meet enterprise quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functional, performance and reliability objectives.
- Design, implement and run automated test suites for regression and CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain test scripts; automate sanity and regression packs for deployments.
- Execute sanity test packs for every deployment cycle and raise timely defect/rollback flags for broken functionality.
- Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations and work with developers to ensure resolution.
- Provide clear, regular test-status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and applicable industry/regulatory standards.
- Participate in release readiness reviews and contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
Must-have Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst / Senior QA Engineer.
- Strong Automation experience is mandatory (hands-on).
- Experienced in writing and maintaining automated scripts; familiarity with CI/CD integration.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, defect life cycle and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills - able to present status and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of QA tools, test management and bug-tracking systems.
Good-to-have
- Scripting/automation experience with Selenium and/or Tosca.
- Exposure to performance / reliability testing tools.
- Experience in fintech or financial services domain will be an advantage.
