• Salary: 2.5 LPA 4 LPA (17,000 30,000 Take-Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our growing team at KreditBee.
In this role, you will handle customer interactions, follow up on collections, promote financial products, and ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections:

• Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments.

• Negotiate and arrange payment plans.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

Sales:

• Promote KreditBees products and services to new and existing customers.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to identify and convert sales opportunities.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Support:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries in a professional manner.

• Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, or services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: PUC or Any Degree

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Persuasive and target-driven attitude
