Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with employees.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
Collaborate with management teams to resolve conflicts and address performance issues in a fair and constructive manner.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and procedures.
Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
