Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy new applications on the production environment.

Job Requirements :

3-6 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with backup procedures for data protection and recovery purposes.
Familiarity with patching processes for securing software updates.
