Job Description

Engage IFAs on regular basis over the phone to assist them on the query they raised.
Coordinate with internal team members to resolve IFAs queries.
Increase usage of platform by engaging IFAs on frequent basis.
Update IFAs on new features / recent changes in the program.
Engage IFAs regularly over the phone.
Ensure high level quality service.
Ensure IFA renew services within specific time.

KPIs:

Platform Usage / Querry Handling / Renewals

Language Known : Bengali

Requisite Experience:

Ideally 1 to 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager

Personal Traits:

Good Communication Skills, Soft Spoken, good with telephonic conversation.
Personal Finance Domain knowledge
Confident, Target Oriented, Enthusiastic
Persuasive, approachable, professional, organised in work.
