Job Description

Position: Sr. Officer/Assistant Manager - Compliance

Age: Upto 34

Key Responsibilities:

Handle statutory compliances PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Contract Labour, etc.
Prepare and submit challans, returns, and compliance reports.
Maintain statutory records and ensure display of abstracts at sites.
Coordinate employee joining, transfer, and exit formalities for compliance.
Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections.
Ensure timely resolution of compliance queries.

Skills:

Good communication (English & regional language)
Proficient in MS Excel and statutory portals
