Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Associate at NoBroker.com, located in Bengaluru. The Associate will be responsible for evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, performing investment analysis, and preparing investment reports. Responsibilities also include monitoring investment performance, liaising with stakeholders, and providing insights for potential investments.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform detailed investment analysis
Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment
Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence for properties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
