Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI principles.
- Build intelligent agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot stack, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and automation pipelines.
- Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
- Automate cloud workloads and manage deployment cycles across environments.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to projects.
- Document models, workflows, and experiments for reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including deep learning and NLP.
- Strong experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot stack.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/OCI a plus).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and API frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in agile teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to model monitoring, performance tuning, and observability in production.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or custom GPT deployments.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
