Quality analyst @ Teleperformance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in an international setting.

• Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement effective quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Analyze data and trends to inform quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures.
