Job Description
As an Administrator Trainee, you will be responsible for managing and configuring a cloud-based
CRM platform to support business operations. This includes user management, data integrity,
process automation, and assisting with system enhancements. The role requires attention to detail,
analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth platform
operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles.
Maintain security settings and access controls.
Customize objects, fields, and page layouts.
Configure workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Perform data audits and maintain data accuracy.
Handle data import and export activities.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Provide basic support for platform-related issues.
Document system changes and updates.
Complete assigned training and certifications related to CRM administration.
Technical Skills Qualifications:
Basic understanding of CRM systems and cloud platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
